Gilles was a renaissance man in the true sense: Teacher, Story Teller, Writer, Poet, Builder, Designer, Artist, Historian, Culinary Artist, World Traveller, Adventurer, Bon Vivant and Fly Fisherman extraordinaire for Catfish! He truly loved life.
