It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of the passing of my mother Janice Esla Perry on December 25th, 2024. I would first like to thank the Great Lord above for the ability to take care of my mother. May she sleep in peace.
Born in Trinidad West Indies to Beryl Lane and Oliver Perry, she took her first breath on June 25th ,1942.
While mom never got married, she lived a full and vibrant life with more friends than you can count.
Her love for travel and bowling were well known by everyone around her.
Janice was predeceased by her mother Beryl Lane, her father Oliver Perry, her brothers Desmond, Clement, Ruthvin, Frank and is survived by her brother Oliver and her sister Ruth.
She had 3 children, Dexter (predeceased), Guy and a daughter, 7 grandchildren, Shakeel, Darius, Janali, Yusuf, Calisha and sister, A) and 9 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Actuel Salon Funeraire in Verdun on January 10th 2025.

To my beloved one and only sister I’m writing today to share tribute to my beloved only one sister Janice Perry who passed away.It is hard to find the right words to capture depth of her kindness that impacts on everyone who knew her.From the moment I came into this world she was there for me in every way possible she was not only a sister but also a mentor,caregiver,and a constant source of unwavering support.Her love was boundless and she gave off her self without hesitation always putting others first.One of her greatest joys was her family she took Inness pride in her role as a mother and in later years as a grandmother.She gracefully insured her grandchildren with what they needed both materially and emotionally.She had a way of making us feel cherished and no request was never to big for her to handle.Her generosity extended far beyond immediate family.I remember the barrel of good she sent to her relatives who would need in Trinidad never expecting anything in return simply because she cared for the wellbeing of others .She was a quite force of love always making sure nobody was forgotten not even her bowling friends whom she enjoyed.She had two sons Dexter is deceased and guy was deeply devoted to her.He worked tirelessly but would always come home to her to help her with whatever she needed. There bond was extraordinary and it’s a testament to the love she had for him and he had for her.He would give up everything to ensure her comfort until her last days ,as a reflect on her life I realize how much of her unwavering love and support.Her actions spoke louder than words and she live her life with a sprit of kindness generosity and grace that touched everyone that knew her.I will forever be gratefully for all she did for me and for everyone she helped along the way her legacy of love sacrifice and selfishness will live on in our hearts.I know that her love and lessons will continue to guide me,as they have so many others.One thing she used to do to make me do is laugh when she gets upset with anyone she cuts her eyes at them .Thank you big sister Janice for being everything to me your are deeply lived and will never be forgotten with all my love and gratitude.Ruth lellian Perry, And guy your baby son the last son that took care of you by his self all these years and did everything,and god will never forget him Janice you rest in peace your in a better place than me.you’ve gone to meet your maker and your gonna meet your brothers,your son, your father,your mom,your aunt,your grandmother, rest in peace Janice Ready in peace.
