It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard (Ricky) Godin on June 26, 2023. Born on June 15th, 1949, son of Armand and Mary Godin.
Rick was born and raised in Ontario, and as a young adult moved to Montreal where he spent much of his time working and making friends everywhere he went. Rick enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun with his wife Bev, and always had a joke to tell. He always had candy in his pocket and loved buying bags of candies at the store to share. Rick enjoyed documentaries and knew so many interesting facts.
Rick is survived by his wife Beverly, sister Linda (Larry), Grand-daughter Manda (Stephen), Great Nephew Justin, and Great grandchildren Ben, Sam, and Emma, and many nieces and nephews.
Rick will be greatly missed.

Sincere condolences to Bev, Linda, Amanda, and other family members on the loss of a husband, brother, grandfather, Uncle, and all great-grandchildren, and friends. Let there be comfort in the knowledge that Richard has left this world and all of the pain he endured over the past many years. Richard (Rick) is truly at peace. A huge thank you Merci to all of the Nurses, Doctors, Technicians that worked deligently to provide Richard with comfort during the many months of tests,examinations, medications etc. In lieu of flower's we will make a generous donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, in Ricks name and ask that all that are able do likewise to battle so many Cancer's that have, are and will effect all of us.
