It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dan Wilson, who passed away peacefully at home on July 29th, 2026 following a courageous battle with ALS.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Lorna; his children, Cameron (Alicia), Bryanna, and Mackenzie; his sister, Wendy (Terry); his nieces Caitlin (Phil), and Kelsey (Kieran).
ALS did not define who he was. He faced the illness with courage and determination, living life on his own terms.
His family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare professionals and caregivers who provided Dan with compassionate care and support.
He will be fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of life will be held at Le Club de Voile Deux-Montagnes, located at 30, Rue des Rigolets, Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac on Thursday, August 13th, 2026 from 4:00-8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Dan's memory to the ALS Society of Quebec.
