It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William E Hills on June 20th, 2026, at the age of 83. He was the beloved husband of the late Marilyn Gourley.
He will be deeply missed by his children, Debra, and Edwin (Carole), his grandchildren Ryan Valerio, Brianna and Craig Hills, his companion Valerie, as well as many relatives, friends, and neighbours. He was especially proud of and devoted to his grandchildren, always ready for the next hockey game, cheering for every goal.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff at Anna Laberge Hospital for their compassionate care and support.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no funeral. He will be laid to rest next to Marilyn at the Mount Royal cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to MSA research in his name would be much appreciated. https://msacanada.ca/
