It is with deep sadness that the family of Claire Watson announce her passing on Nov 12, 2025 at the age of 83. She passed away peacefully at Lakeshore Hospital in Quebec.
Born on May 23, 1942, to the late William Watson and Ellen Stamp, Claire was predeceased by her sister Theresa and brother Edward. She is survived by her siblings, Genevieve, Jerome, John, Raymond, Carmelita, William (Jr.) and David.
Claire will be deeply missed by her daughters, Darlene (Bob), Juanita (James), and Julie (Eamonn); her sons Sean (Nathalie), Lawrence and Duane; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Josh), Christopher, Ashley, Jesse (Cierra), Kylie, Noah (Kleo), Liam, Catherine (Gideon) and Brooklynne; and her great-grandchildren, Aspen, Emilia, Quinn, Juliana and Harvey.
Claire will be lovingly remembered for her strength, courage and kindness, as well as, her love of flowering houseplants and beautiful songbirds. She will be sadly missed this holiday season especially as Christmas was her favourite time of the year.
A private funeral service will be held in early December.
