It is with profound sadness that we share the peaceful passing of our mother Mrs. Doris Eva Sarrazin (Jenkins) on May 20, 2025, at the age of ninety, where she was residing at Le Centre d'hébergement Denis-Benjamin-Viger, Île-Bizard, QC.  Mom was born in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan, raised in Malartic, QC and married in Rock Island, QC to our father James Scott Jenkins.

She will be deeply missed by her remaining children Debbie, Mike & Rick, her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, her sister Louise and daughter-in-law Debbie.  She has now gone to join her predeceased children Bobby, Pam, Kenny and her very loving husband Jim.

Aside from her being with her family nothing made her happier than being outside gardening and being surrounded by her pets.  She really enjoyed caring for her dogs, cats and outdoor wild birds and having them all around her at her feet.

Mom’s witty charm, unwavering grace, inspiring determination, and unconditional kindness will be forever etched into the hearts of those privileged to have known her.

The family will hold a private service to say their goodbyes in Morin Heights. In lieu of flowers a donation to a pet shelter (SPCA) in her memory would be appreciated. (click here)
