It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Richard Tassé, who left us on the 18th of August 2025 at the age of 68.

Richard was born on February 27, 1957, to his loving parents, Ronald and the late Evelyn (Houle) Tassé. He grew up in a close-knit family, alongside his sister Louise (Paul Arendt).

Richard is survived by his three children — Steven (Jennifer), Corey (Crystal), and Rebecca — whom he lovingly adopted with his former spouse, Judy Galbraith Tassé. He also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his nieces and nephews: David (Jacqueline) Arendt, Caroline (Shawn) Wilson, and Gerry (Nicole) Arendt.

The family will gather for a private service in Rockway Valley at a later date.
